What is Sorteo360?
A platform for organizers to manage boards, participants, reservations, receipts and transaction states in one place.
Does reserving confirm a purchase?
No. Names are held for the reservation period and become sold only after organizer approval. A WhatsApp confirmation or receipt upload alone is insufficient.
What if the bot does not reply?
Do not make another transfer or send sensitive information. Keep your reference and contact the organizer. A saved reservation does not guarantee message delivery and may expire if the process is not completed.
Can I cancel?
Use the options provided for your reservation. Eligible cancellations release names. For an already paid transaction, ask the organizer about conditions and any refund.
How do I watch the reveal?
Buyers who authorized notices receive an individual invitation when the organizer enables it. This link is separate from the sales board; do not share it.
When can the reveal start?
In Sorteo Name, only after the whole board is sold and payments approved. The organizer starts the countdown; viewers see the same room state.
How is the winning name protected?
Each board is created by its organizer, independently of Sorteo360. When a Sorteo Name board is generated, the platform randomly selects the winning name and stores it encrypted, together with a SHA-256 commitment for later integrity verification. The organizer cannot view that name through their panel before the reveal. The wheel presents the already protected result; it does not select a new winner. SHA-256 is a verification fingerprint, not encryption or an independent certification. The reveal requires the entire board sold with approved payments.
Who delivers the prize?
The raffle organizer. The winner notification provides the organizer’s contact for delivery arrangements.
Does Sorteo360 have an independent certification?
Cryptographic protection helps verify result integrity; it is not an independent certification. We do not claim an audit or certification as obtained. Each organizer must meet the requirements applicable to their raffle.
How do organizers join?
Administration enables an account and membership. Features, users and active boards depend on the plan. Ask for a demonstration at info@sorteo360.com.
Is Sorteo Number available?
It remains in development. Sorteo Name is the available modality. Future features will be announced when available.
