What is Sorteo360?
It is a management platform for digital raffles. It brings together the raffle page, reservations, participant details, receipts and operation tracking in one environment.
Does Sorteo360 organize every raffle?
No. Sorteo360 provides the technology. Each organizer defines and communicates their raffle’s terms, offers the prize and reviews their participants’ operations.
Does sending a receipt confirm a purchase?
No. The organizer must review and approve the receipt. Until then, the operation remains pending review; attaching an image does not by itself verify a payment.
Can I use the platform on my phone?
Yes. Participant pages and dashboards are designed for phones and computers. You do not need to install an app to view a raffle page.
How do organizers get access?
Access is enabled through an account and membership assigned by Sorteo360 administration. If you already have access, you can log in to the organizer dashboard from this page.
