Terms of use
General conditions for using Sorteo360. Version: October 22, 2026.
Platform and organizers
Sorteo360 supplies management tools. Each organizer is responsible for their raffle conditions, required permissions, advertised prize, payment review, participant support and prize delivery. Access to technology does not constitute legal permission to organize or enter a raffle.
Before participating
Check the organizer’s identity and contact, prize, price, conditions, dates and eligibility. Do not participate if you do not meet applicable age or location requirements. Unauthorized use of third-party information and fraudulent transactions are prohibited.
Reservations and payments
Saving names creates a pending reservation for the stated period. Confirming on WhatsApp shows an intention to continue, without proving payment. The organizer must review and approve the payment before names become sold. Cancellation or expiry may release reserved names. A receipt alone does not confirm a purchase.
Payment details and receipts
Check the instructions issued for your reservation. Earlier reservations retain the payment details saved when created, even if the organizer edits an account later. Submit only your own readable receipts using supported formats. Never submit passwords, access codes or full card details. Sorteo360 is not a bank or a payment guarantee.
Reveal and communications
Sorteo Name requires all names sold with approved payments before a reveal can start. The organizer controls the start. Rooms may wait or be disabled. Authorized buyers receive invitations through a link separate from the sales board. Messaging relies on third parties; delivery and reading are not guaranteed.
How is the winning name protected?
Each board is created by its organizer, independently of Sorteo360. When a Sorteo Name board is generated, the platform randomly selects the winning name and stores it encrypted, together with a SHA-256 commitment for later integrity verification. The organizer cannot view that name through their panel before the reveal. The wheel presents the already protected result; it does not select a new winner. SHA-256 is a verification fingerprint, not encryption or an independent certification. The reveal requires the entire board sold with approved payments.
Accounts and plans
Protect your personal access credentials. Features and limits depend on the current membership. Organizers must keep their primary contact and payment information updated. Sorteo Number remains in development and must not be presented as available merely because it appears in a proposed plan.
Issues and responsible use
Contact the organizer about payments, refunds and prizes, subject to the stated conditions and applicable rules. Technical cancellation does not itself reverse a bank transfer. Contact info@sorteo360.com about platform problems. Unauthorized access, result tampering, limit evasion, forged receipts and unlawful activity are prohibited. Access may be restricted to investigate incidents and protect the service.
Scope and updates
These terms do not exclude mandatory rights or responsibilities under applicable law. New versions will be dated here. Check the organizer’s participation conditions before making a reservation.
