Privacy policy
How information is used on Sorteo360 and how to request help with your data. Version: October 22, 2026.
Information involved
Depending on the feature, records include your name, document country and type, document number, WhatsApp number, selections, reservations, transaction states and receipts. Organizer accounts also include protected credentials, contact and payment details. Technical logs may include IP addresses, timestamps and actions needed for security and traceability.
Purposes
Information is used to identify participants, manage reservations, communicate instructions, review receipts, record approvals or cancellations and handle enquiries. Approved buyers who authorized these notices may receive an individual reveal invitation and the relevant result notification. Reservation permission must not be used for unrelated campaigns.
Access and providers
The raffle organizer accesses the data and receipts associated with their transactions through authenticated access. Sorteo360 administration may access information for support, security and operation. Infrastructure and messaging providers process information needed to deliver their services. WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own terms and privacy policy.
Public information
The public board shows names and availability; buyer details and receipts should not be displayed there. Reveal rooms use links separate from the sales board. Anyone holding an individual invitation link may be able to access it: do not share it. The winning name and raffle verification information may be visible in an enabled room.
Browser storage
Sessions support sign-in and form protection. Language and appearance preferences are also stored. The session allows recovery of information from reservations made in that browser. Previously saved recovery identifiers retain their original expiry. Close the browser when finished on a shared device. You may clear site data in your browser; some features will require signing in again.
Retention and security
Records are retained as needed to manage transactions, resolve incidents, meet applicable obligations and maintain backups. Retention depends on the information and transaction context. Access controls and technical safeguards are used, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed. We do not claim an independent audit or certification that has not actually been obtained.
Requests and changes
For access, correction or deletion enquiries, email info@sorteo360.com with the raffle or reservation reference, without passwords or full identity documents. Proportionate identity verification may be required. Applicable obligations, pending transactions or necessary record retention may limit deletion. Changes to this policy will be dated here.
